Bio
I grew up in a family owned business in the waste management industry– so I picked up trash literally. After graduating college, I completed my tenure working in multiple Human Resources and Recruiting jobs within the manufacturing and technology spaces. This lead to working for one of the leading jobs boards in the United States in which I designed recruitment marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies. Long story short, I’ve touched almost every part of the recruitment and hiring process and have an understanding of what it takes to find work in the modern age which lead to create my own career coaching company which I started in 2017.
It was in these roles that I discovered my love of coaching and how others find meaningful careers. After traveling the world for a bit, I landed in the beautiful (and weird) Austin, Texas and then eventually moved to the Bay Area in California which I now call home. During my time at HTYC, I have worked with almost every client in some capacity and done extensive research and interviews into what makes fulfilling careers. Currently, I lead our Client Results Team and work 1:1 with clients to help them find their Unicorn Level opportunities and create meaningful careers.
FAVORITE BOOK:
Start With Why by Simon Sinek in one of my all-time favorite personal development books. Although it was tough to pick a favorite! If you haven’t read this book (or watched his amazing TED Talk) stop what you’re doing and pick it up now!
In Simon’s groundbreaking movement he discusses living in a world where people are inspired to wake up every day and do work that is fulfilling to them. Furthermore, he challenges us to look beyond how we do our work and ask why we do what we do.
By drawing upon great figures in history he is able to point to the importance of starting with your why (why you do what you do) to do great work. This book was personally life-changing for me because it helped set me up for success.
Another great read is Atomic Habits by James Clear, this book simply breaks down habit change and formation into its simplest form – this is a game-changer for anyone wanting to make changes in their lives and careers.
FUN FACT:
I have a twin brother. No we’re not identical– we’re fraternal. The best way to describe is we’re like Bert and Ernie from Sesame Street. Can you guess which one I am? Hint – I’m Bert.

Why I work with HTYC:
I love working with HTYC because I really believe in their values and mission in which we lean into our curiosities and we intentionally get outside our comfort zones and push ourselves and everyone we interact with for growth (have fun doing it)! Also, everyone here is really fun to work with because we honor the experience of helping others find and do work they love.
